Inspection visits As a client of H&G you may want to visit us on mainland Spain or in the Canary Islands in order to inspect a property or hold a meeting with one of the Banks representatives in order to complete your enquiries. H&G offer every client a professional service. We do not hand you, our client over to middle men or agents. As a client of H&G you will be escorted on your viewing trip by one of our English brokerage team, in the majority of cases this will be the same person with whom you have already been discussing your property investments and future plans with. We welcome all inspection visits and would like to take some of the stress out of the process. We are currently offering all clients who meet our terms and conditions, a week of luxury accommodation, in order to help you carry out your inspection and afford you some peace of mind. How we work At H&G if you have a Legal problem which you need to resolve we do not charge per hour or per unit of time. We do not charge for picking up the phone, sending a message or writing a letter. We do not charge for attending meetings away from our office, or for visits to local public agencies. And we will most certainly do not charge you for dropping by our office and sitting down with us for a cup of tea or coffee while you tell us about your case.
